Tfw you finally cut cable and your monthly bills go down about $200. When I first got a 65" it was all about maximizing my ability to watch whatever the hell I wanted, when I wanted. I had every single channel known to man, but the shimmer on all that has lost it's luster. I'm hardly ever home, so it's really just a complete waste of money.

Cable's for plebs. You're pretty much just paying to see advertisements.

Not owning one. Ok, so you don't own one.

*shrug*

You don't have to prove yourself.

Elph doesn't consider film to be a worthwhile artistic endeavor in the first place so as with everything he says I'd take it with a metric ****load of salt.

I'd say about 99% of the **** that the kids sling around here should be taken with a just close out the browser and go do something else.

Nice. I use a mix of subscriptions that add up to about $60/month including internet. I only ever watch cable in waiting rooms now.

What subs would those be? I'm at about $80 with internet and a streaming box from Comcrap/Xinfinitebills.

Netflix, Hulu, someone else's HBO subscription, and $35 for wireless internet that I share with my neighbor.
