Then come to terms with hating your life. All you can do is temper that feeling and hate your life less than you might. That sounds like sour grapes but seriously do you see yourself liking your middle class life or just tolerating it?

And that's fine. Cause money is a nice panacea to being bored. I assume.

i think what i really want is to just take some time off from school and figure out what i want to do in life but my parents have always pushed me towards school so hard that i've felt like i didn't have a choice in the matter.

**** them. If they're willing to pull the support from you if you take the time out then call them on it and take time out. They're not gonna. Take some time out. And if they take the money out from under you then suck it up and just go back like you were already willing to do. You seriously have zero to lose.

Like I said, unless your family are seriously willing to take all that money away unless you do exactly what they want you kind of have short term carte blanche. So use it, cause you're never going to get it again until you have the money to give yourself carte blanche.

Oh wait weren't you paying your own way? Oh wait then I guess do whatever.

Hey if you're paying for your **** and you can afford to take time off and you want to take time off then ****ing do it. Go to Europe. My buddy did it and had the time of his life. There are credits you can take that somehow or another allow you to go to Europe and get credits for it. I don't know how but it's possible, and **** me if you know, but you know you want to go on the Grand Tour for college. My bro went to Italy and somehow got college credit for it and explored Europe. Do that. Sounds fun. Just figure out how it's possible. And no I'm not BSing you he's now in medical school and doing his thang.

I got paid to go to Europe, but I had to sign 3 years of my life away. Plus, I got some college money out of the deal. The only downside was having to do the bidding of a few masochistic monsters hell bent on making my life a living hell for a few months. After that, it was all gravy. Actually, come to think of it. All of it was gravy. I ate a lot of gravy. I guess what I'm trying to say is, the Army has gravy.

TFW you notice frantic movement in another seat on a train and think that maybe that homeless gentlemen is having a seizure but nah, he's just yanking it.
