Adding extra stuff doesn't really help the steak, it doesn't need it. There are a lot of great recipes you can make with flank steak because the alternative isn't as good as a porterhouse or something like that.

I can't even deal with that. I'm always marinated my steaks for a minimum of 2 hours with different marinades. You can just go to the store and buy marinade packets that have instructions/simple ingredients to make different marinades and then you are good to go. Pack that steak with flavor. Don't listen to this guys and their flavorless steaks.

But, like, I do like the taste of just pure meat that is tender and ****. But I also like marinades. **** you all. I think I'm gonna buck the trend and just use variety.
