I've heard that before. A friend had an ostriche egg omelette. Apparently you only need one but they are not so good. Quail eggs are a yuppie trend here in sf. 7$ for an 8pack of eggs the size of Hershey's kisses. I'm like wuuuuuhhhh?

And then I found out you raise chickens and eat eggs with steak sauce. Although I suppose raising chickens is something a serious hippy might do. A chicken coop right next to the pot field.
