TFW you didn't take your Ambien last night per doctors orders. My body clock is totally out of whack. Can't get to sleep until 2:30-ish and then don't get out of bed until 11:00.

Last night, sans drugs, got in bed at 1:30, tossed and turned for a bit, then Zzzzz. Was up before 8:00.

Ugh that's the worst. When you're clocking on to an 8 hour zombie shift. That's a long ****ing day.

And I have to be at work at 6am every day (waking up at 4:30 cause I ride a bike), 5-6 days a week, so making that decision to miss a night's sleep is pretty much deciding to collapse dead into your bed when you come back home. And then you have to try to fall asleep the next night, even though you slept all day, so it's almost impossible, and you end up spending the next week just trying to get your sleep cycle in sync again.

But at least I don't close.
