She's here every day. Makes "**** this site" post. Now she isn't. Sound logic.

>just got out of the shower
>dying for a cold drink, too hot
>take a sip of juice
>forget about smoke alarms I put back on the wall for inspection
(I usually take them down because they overreact to things like shower steam, and I can't reach them anyway.)
>smoke alarm beeps once
>I turn around and glare at it
>immediately stops beeping

That feeling when your jump drive that contains all your music makes it through both a 30-minute wash cycle and a 40-minute dry cycle because you left it in one of your pants' pockets. That subsequent feeling when you insert that same jump drive into your USB port for the first time after the incident to see if miracles really do happen...and then miracles do indeed happen (music starts playing). Wtf?

I know the feels. I thought my portable hard drive was ****ed, along with all my music, but then I randomly hooked it up and found that only a few albums were legitimately gone, most of which have been redownloaded. It's a good feeling seeing my collection as it should be.

I'm really surprised. I've had a few pens go through that and worked just fine, like nothing had happened. Wasn't expecting the same results with a piece of electronics. Thought that the drive might work, but even if it did, I'd lose my music.

That feeling when you give erroneous click-bait data to a Web site after you typed "www.m," expecting your phone to pull up musicbanter.com, but you hurriedly clicked on the first auto-fill entry on the pre-filled list, and you're redirected to mumfordandsons instead.
