Similar situation happened to us, kinda. We had just moved to San Diego and signed a year lease on a townhouse. Got all settled in and then got notice 3 months later that the unit had been sold and we had to GTFO in 30 days.

If it's any consolation, which it probably isn't I'm being forced to vacate my house at the end of next month so they can demolish it. Turns out after the earthquake and sequence of aftershocks it's been deemed unrepairable

Oh naw bro. That aint it is over 876 $ in unpaid HOA my landlady on vaccation. I just coughed it up too.Im not happy.Rent wasnt Due till August.
