Drama, I guess?
I've only ever heard negative stories from people who've dated coworkers in the service industry. Especially when it's something like food where everyone's in tight quarters, bumping into each other and stuff.

I used to work with this gross creep (he's not much older than I am) who chased me for 2 years, relentlessly. He'd even send me creepy messages online, try to ask people for my phone number, look down my shirt if he felt so inclined, etc. I never gave him the time of day. He was also married and had a daughter with a wife whose self esteem was so destroyed by his behavior around other women that she completely shut down emotionally. He always talked s hit about her, saying that she was ugly and frigid.
He saw that he was getting nowhere with me, so he slept with another one of my coworkers. He got her pregnant. She carried the child to full term. I don't know if they ever talk to one another anymore, but the grossest part of this entire story is that this guy has been seeing this other chick I used to work with (at a different store) for a couple years now.
Workplace creeps... ugh.
