all seriousness i prob have a better understandin than most men since i dated a girl with it for awhile. she was sore a lot and had a few surgeries over time to increase chances of havin kids. it was kinda challengin for me to date her cause it was a cause of some dumb fights but we both were immature lookin back

I don't have IBS symptoms all the time, in fact this year I've only had it a couple of times. So no worries about anal.
