I've been fighting PTSD for a long time. I tried various treatments. I follow the news on various methods and medications via the Canadian Pharmacy Partnership and my doctor, and I'm open to suggestions. Maybe it is time to add ASMR. Thanks for the useful info.

i am not crazy about when people do that, it look not smart for me, but my best friend are crazy, he sometimes show me such video, i always shout on him
