I've been drinking skim for a really long time. 2% tastes gross to me now. 1% is fine though.

Skim is kind of gross to me. It's like watery milk. Can't believe it's all I ever drank as a kid.

Soy and almond milk are both good. I find chocolate soy is good for protein shakes.

On a serious note, if you have a prostrate it is better to drink whole milk, 2% and less not so good to drink. (Sorry, I wish could provide the study, maybe if I had the time I could find a decent one.)

Has anyone tried that really gross strawberry milk? Also, they have Hazelnut and Vanilla flavours here too. All gross.

I have! we have banana here. that's the worst. compared to banana, strawberry is a lesser evil. vanilla is ok. it just tastes a bit like ice cream which is off putting.
