i recently cut out the energy drinks that are basically soda just even more

switched to the tea that has still has caffeine in it


it has 50 grams of sugar and this tea only has 5 grams in the can.

one soda a day can cause things that will shorten your life, so ive switched. the new tea is boring because theres no sugar but im fine with that. ive lost the weight i wanted to lose, its more of a health reason now
