I really need to get back into my tea groove. I used to have it every morning with my breakfast.
But I've got a couple different kinds in the cabinet right now. I've realized that peppermint and chamomile really help my anxiety, and just make me feel an awful lot better all around.

She's always bigging up their tv shows and bragging about how much better they are compared to American shows.
