Default The Song Theme Game - Via Plug!

Here's a fun music challenge oriented towards sharing, and this is how to play:

  • The game starts with a theme, and everyone starts on the floor of Plug.
  • Players pick songs with titles that match the theme, and play up to 10 songs.
  • If you can't think of a song, stay on the floor until the round is over.
  • Whoever chooses the 10th song and completes the theme wins the round and selects the new theme.
  • If the theme can't be completed, then the person who chose it wins against the group and gets to select a new theme (but it's more fun if they're not impossible to complete, so they can only do this twice consecutively).
Theme: Car Parts
  1. Radiohead - Airbag
  2. Tori Amos - Big Wheel
  3. ...
  4. ...
  5. ...
  6. ...
  7. ...
  8. ...
  9. ...
  10. The Bravery - No Brakes
New Theme: Natural Disasters

... so on and so forth.

  • If a person's song doesn't fit the theme, Meh them off the stage.
  • To check the number of songs in the current theme, view the "Song History" button in Plug.
  • If the group decides to quit Plug in the middle of a theme, the next group can check the Plug History and either complete the last theme played, or start a new one.
I posted this in the Lounge because I thought it would benefit from the visibility, like the other plug thread. If this is an inappropriate spot, I think it would belong in General Music.

Here's the room! Once I'm joined by at least two players, I'll start us off on a theme!
