Don't use supplements get it from eating fish.

Omega 3's are good for your brain, yes. And it occurs naturally in a lot of foods, no supplements required.

I know. I like them but I never remember to pick them up when I go grocery shopping. I only usually get them from other places like if I hit up a subway or like this morning when I ordered an egg white breakfast burrito from this place and added avocado to it.
