well guys i think i figured it out and i just need to start showering

lol jk umm actually for like a few weeks i didnt wear socks because i was drunk one time and tripped on a curb and cit up my ankle area and socks irritated it. its my shoes, they are a lost cause, i smelled them today and almost barfed everywhere. they are ust rank. i can smell them from across the room so im just gonna have to get new shoes i think

im really feelin the black and whites

had under armour sneakers for awhile and loved them. then went adidas on a whim. no tellin what my next sneaker choice could be. stay tuned for my decision on espn with jim gray

Weighted squats, lunges, leg press if you have access to the gym.

Increase protein intake.

No matter what you do that cellulite isn't going anywhere though. It is best to ignore that it exists. It's natural and some girls have it while others don't.

yesterday when i was in the shower, i cupped my hands, and peed into them. i sat there holding 8 ounces of my own pee. i looked at it, felt its wamth, and then unclasped my hands as i watch the golden liquid flow down the drain. and i thought what if....what if i would have drank that pee?
