Yeah... I'm quite a cheeky sarcastic cunt in real life when I'm annoyed. When I'm relaxed/happy or whatever I'm probably the friendliest/nicest girl you could meet but my temper is getting far too short in my old age

Too many people, however capable, are being offered only temporary positions rather than full-time with benefits. I see this happening at the firm where I work, which has always really valued its employees.
