Alright I think I've got his dilemma figured out....

Manky, sexting is not a contract for sexual activity. Sometimes it's just a little fun, sometimes it's something to do when you're bored or ****ed up on drugs or alcohol, but a lot the times I wouldn't take it too seriously. Like, for instance, there's this dude I'll call Silly Dick Chad (cause his dick was silly lookin and his name was Chad...of all things) that I used to sext when I was high all the time, I mean he's cute and I knew him vaguely through friends and school & he lived in a different city now so no chance of an awkward run in...anyway I used to sext him all the time and he was so thirsty I just couldn't deal with it and every conversation inevitably led back to his dick...I mean that's great and everything but not when I don't feel like it, and I don't take well to that. I have very little interest in sexual activity unless I'm intellectually or otherwise attracted to my partner in sexual activity, then it's just at it literally all the time. Another example, would be with another sexting partner that I'll call Jaime (his name's not Jaime but who knows who watches me on here) Jaime and I, have a tumultuous relationship because when I'm not in the mood for sexting he sulks and I don't deal with sulkers because that's just game playing bull****. Then you find someone you love and who's worth it and you're all messed up and lash out at them instead of trying to communicate.
