I'm trying really hard to lay off the caramel cream gelato. I've been substituting an apple and an orange, each cut into 8 sections in a bowl. If I need to satisfy a sweet tooth at least I can get some food value out of it....

I like straightforward flavours like coconut, coffee, or orange pineapple, but nothing too plain like vanilla.

Yeah vanilla is always been synonymous with boring and basic as fuck to me, but I can't say that I really like chocolate either. Strawberry is where it's at.

I only like vanilla ice cream because you can add things to it. I hate plain vanilla.

One serving of soft serve vanilla ice cream has 8 gms of protein in it. That is the same amt as 1 egg. I *think* it also has the same amt of calcium as a glass of mik.

PS I like to pour rum over a banana split!..

Oh, I forgot to mention Milkshakes and my love for them but only Vanilla milkshakes will do.
