I ran through the pouring rain tonight. Not because I really wanted to but because I was transporting two laptops and an iPad to my car from my office and didn't want to get them wet. Does that count? :p:

I just have really bad anxiety, and I was told once that anxiety attacks often occur when there is too much excess energy in the body (along with other things). But when I run, I don't have time to be anxious, I get everything out and I feel better after. |

Meditating is good too! Has anyone here tried it?
I had an app for a little bit and it would have a positive quotation, and what I would do is keep that quotation in mind for the allotted time, it would help so much! |

It's such a calming thing to do. I remember, after I had been having some anxiety issues, I listened to this mediation tape that someone had lent to me.
It made me fall asleep but when I woke up I only had calming thoughts. |

I have done the same thing. I remember my friend and I had to park so far from my room once when I was still at school. It was POURING and we ran back in the rain with no umbrella! It was so funny and great. |
