Has anyone ever tried to reset their password on plug? I've forgotten mine and I went on plug, clicked "forgot my password", and they supposedly sent an email to my account that I signed up with. I still haven't gotten any emails from them and it's been 24 hours. It's not in my inbox, spam or junk folders.

I want to use the same account I've always had, because of all the points I accumulated. I doubt the mod/bouncer status is still in effect since it's been so long, but that's not important. I don't really want to start over again :(

Are you positive it was that email? I've done a few password resets and it has always sent instantly.

Also, idk when you were last on, but they changed plug significantly so you prolly won't have a lot of the old stuff you are worried about losing, unless you mean things you've accumulated since the upgrade.

I haven't been on in a few months. I have three emails - one is strictly for school, one is strictly for work (communicating with my students and their parents), and the third is just my regular Gmail that I use for everything else. I put in the first two emails just to be sure, but they weren't recognized. Of course, because I signed up a couple of years ago with the third email. That one was recognized and they said they sent the reset code to it. I tried to male a new account with that email, but it wouldn't let me ("there's already an account with this email" or some crap like that). I don't want to have to make a whole new email just to use plug.

Maybe double team your school email? They don't send out too many emails really, it'd mainly be used for the login.

It's a monitored email account so that might be risky. I know plug doesn't send out a lot of emails but one of the stipulations on that account is that we don't use it to sign up for non school related things.

Ah bummer. My school isn't too strict on that, or at least I am (and will remain) ignorant of the fact that they are since I've done it so many times and they've done nothing :D.

I would recommend emailing support@plug.dj about it.
