I was never angry. I was truly surprised to learn that he was gay and sad about the friendship I assumed we had since he didn't tell me. Also after learning about how creepy of a life this guy was living I'm sad and a bit disgusted that I let someone like that around me.

& he has already contacted me & I told him I found him/situation creepy and there was no way I could be his friend again. So this "issue" was wrapped up days ago.

Had you never found out you would still be his friend. You don't find that in the least bit hypocritical of yourself?

You're right if I never found out I would still be his friend, but that goes back to the issue of him living a lie and pretending to be someone else around me, which is something I can't forgive.

No offense to anyone gay, but the amount of effort put into living a life most ppl describe as normal all to pretend you're straight when you know you're not says a lot about your mental well being and it's creepy.

John Wayne Gacy was creepy... your friend is gay... not a serial killer... But I am glad you got your situation handled.. I thought you were still stewing...
....so to you pretending to be something you're not for years isn't creepy b/c that's creepy to me.

But in that case, you wouldn't have actually known anything at all - not known that he was lying, etc. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.
