Not really. At least none but a very select few. We don't hold "the key to sex" so our attractiveness is generally worth less than a woman's. Same reason why male porn stars get paid less than female porn stars. A good lookin' guy just doesn't have quite the same ability to use their looks for exploitation.

And they're not the star attraction because women aren't as obsessed with male attractiveness as men are with female attractiveness, which is why women are able to exploit their looks better than a man can. Maybe I didn't say that as well as I intended.

And female porn stars seem to be a dime a dozen as well.

I just don't know if "exploitation" is an accurate word to generalize with because of the implications of victimization. Every situation is different, and sometimes women do the exploiting, sometimes men do, and often they exploit one another.

This isn't a lesson in political correctness, I'm just thinking out loud about it and hoping you'll join me.

batlod im glad you 'get it.' i find a lot of women to be in denial about anythin slightly negative about their gender no matter how true it is. the fact that she implied teen boys use sex to their advantage just as much as girls tells me either we live in extremely opposite cultures or there is a case of denial goin on

So females tend to utilize sex to their advantage more than males because males tend to be pigs driven by sex. Otherwise women wouldnt be able to use that sex as leverage.
