I was a nerd for the first two years then in the next year I was a cheeky shit and used to answer back a fair bit (like most teenagers do), never got into any serious trouble at school though, i.e. fights, drugs or whatever, just being cheeky tbh, chewing gum in lessons, turning up late etc. Turned up to sports day out of uniform and my form tutor went nuts at me, crossed the line a bit (pushing me + throwing my hat on the sprinting track) which ended up with me swearing at her (told her to fuck off) and walking off. Got suspended for it which I accepted but then at the start of the next school year (sports day is at the end of the school year so over the summer holidays I just thought I was suspended as that is what the school told us), I got a letter saying I was being excluded permanently for racial abuse (she had said I called her a 'fucking paki') and to find a new school.

To be honest you lot might think that that is petty, but I was absolutely raging, thus genuinely wanting to kill the cunt. We appealed and they didn't overturn the decision (it was my word against hers)

Yeah, but was she a ****ing Paki? Perhaps you were just stating a fact: woman comes from Pakistan, so Paki. If she's that age she's almost certainly ****ed at one time or another in her life, so "****ing Paki" is quite the right thing to call her.

Sorry for laughing at your pain man: wonder what would have happened if she'd called you a ****ing brummie/scouser/whatever? Double standards, huh?
