Garcia was re-incarnated as a Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Don't tell me you don't care about ice cream.

She's not well liked around my neck of the woods.
I think the Argentina angle was particularly weak, anyone who is in possession of a decent amount of facts about the Falklands Conflict will come to the obvious conclusion, the Argentinian forces got exactly what they deserved. The British asked for the Argentinian surrender in the Falklands, they didn't have to ask them to surrender. They could have marched on and massacred every single last one of them, as they have done on other occasions over the centuries. This does prove that the British Army have learned from their mistakes, and that's always a good thing isn't it. The IRA, the only reason some of them are still alive is they were too cowardly to come out and fight like the soldiers they pretended to be. They're exactly the same as Al-Qaeda, terrorists. I have no sympathy for them whatsoever. Thatcher knew she was hated all over Britain, but she also knew that we hated the IRA more, the IRA helped her win at least one general election. I think she enjoyed making a fool out of Gerry Adams, and he made it far too easy for her. I do agree that she was a total bastard though. I'm on the wrong side of the Pennines for street parties, so this'll 'ave to do. |
