Need some help:
 

So, i've decided to become an IT Support / Tech for my career, and i've been searching schools around where I live, and I hear there are programs that I can take that would allow me to become Certified. Would anybody here have any input on which certification programs/classes I can take? It's probably easier if they can be online, but i'm open to anything. I'm just confused in the whole process as this is the first time i've dealt with looking for college classes and such.

I've actually gone ahead and changed from IT to Telecom. I know a lot of people in that industry, and I feel it'll be a better fit.
