Apologies for poor photo quality but it's the only recent one I had that showed part of my body.
Yeah you have really piled the pounds on ffs.

I am sorry but I get so damn annoyed by this obsession of many women to maintain a low weight ratio to the point that they become paranoid or ill.

Why do you want to lose weight? To appeal to the opposite sex? To feel more attractive (that is your issue and not how others see you btw)? Health issues?... I don't get it seriously.

Your weight/height ratio for a woman is almost underweight IMO and I just don't get this pre occupation with wanting to look like a head on a stick with two aspirins on an ironing board for boobs that so many women think they should ascribe too.

I have no problems with anyone wanting to take care of their health and eat healthy but if you think you are overweight?

When your BMI reaches well over 25 then maybe worry and even then even if it is below 30 there is no need to worry.

Haha I kind of thought the same thing. I couldn't imagine weighing less than 100 pounds. Even 10 or 20pounds over it would make me feel susceptible to blowing away in a windstorm. As a man I will never know that feel.

I completely understand your reaction, but my BMI got over 25. It is now 23. At 48kg it was 18 which is still within the normal range. I have a perfectly normal self esteem and do not want to look like a stick, I just want to rid excess fat by converting it to muscle. It's for health reasons. Yes I will feel better about myself but honestly it's no different for a large number of women. Yes we are emotional creatures and many take it to the extreme but I don't follow diet fads, I don't starve myself I just want a healthier lifestyle.

Would you mind elaborating a little? Just so I can understand what you mean.

Best way to lose fat is to gain muscle. Lift heavy weights.

Eat more fat (all kinds) and protein.

The brain is 70% fat. Fat maintains healthy skin, reproduction, immune system, visual and brain functions... Fat is ridiculously important and I despair now when I see people freak out over the stuff. It actually makes me a little angry inside when people think eating fat makes you fat, when it is completely untrue, and excessive carbohydrate (i.e sugar) is the main problem in putting on fat.

Excessive anything isn't good of course but there are good fats and bad fats they shouldn't be all lumped together.

Well you look really good in photos i have seen of you so i dont think you need to lose weight. But if someone took the advice i posted here, i would say that... The idea is one would change theirview of food as something of a necessity as opposed to an indulgance or pleasure, or a way of relieving boredom. Now then there is the issue of the size of people's stomachs, you will be hungry obviously by eating less, but the more you deprive yourself of food as a pleasure or indulgance as opposed to a physical necessity or need, the more the stomach shrinks meaning the less hungry you will be, meaning the less compelled you will feel to eat. This is how i would approach the problem if i was in that situation im not going to read over this, so if i sound mad and in no way helpful, i'm sorry.
