Heh Heh I'm only kidding because a nice pot of jasmine oolong a day takes my feeling of wellness to another level.

I love coffee and have it every day, but I'm not reliant on it whatsoever. I just love the taste.

When I don't have access to it, I don't have any problems. It really doesn't seem to have much of an effect on me. I've never found that it really helps wake me up if I have it in the morning, and it's never affected me by keeping me up at night.

They say that an apple in the morning is more effective at waking you up than a coffee is. But I drink it for the taste.

I prefer a Windows PC, personally!

I live in Seattle. I think it's against the law to abstain from coffee here.

I have only 1 hard, fast rule about coffee, that being that it must be brewed within 5 minutes of being ground. I buy whole bean coffee and grind exactly enough to brew a small pot that yields two 20 oz. mugs. If I've had hella short sleep (5 hours or less) or if I'm on a long drive (Seattle/Portland fer'instance) I might brew a second such pot, but that is rare. Typically the one pot/two mug per day is the end of my coffee consumption. Unlike alcohol and weed I can stop once I've started.

I'm always amazed by the popularity of coffee. I find it pretty disgusting honestly, can't even stand the smell of it.

I like the smell, but yeah, it tastes like a liquid cigarette. Tea is vastly superior.

Another great choice is to use beans which were only roasted no more than 20 days before you grind and brew. For the keeners... heh...heh..h.e.h..
Source your beans and use slow drip - whole new world..
