I usually check it whenever I get home from class or work. If an interesting topic is happening I'll generally hang around for 20-30 mins, or check back in between video game rounds/school work.

On weekends when I'm not hanging out with anyone I'm usually on here constantly, posting way more than I should. On the weekdays when I have school and swimming I might check to see what everyone is posting during the day, but won't actually get around to updating my journal until about 9 PM and then I start posting. But I love this site a lot, and the people here are great so I can justify my constant usage of the site.

In the lab I'm surrounded by four computers 8 hours a day, I'm always online, I check in between projects / tests many times a day.
