I'm allergic.

I do Sunflower Seed butter, though, which is creamy/the kind you stir.

I love peanut butter, creamy slightly more than crunchy but both are good.
I won't eat it though. I have some neuroses about what happens in my intestines. So if I have to choose a nut butter I go with Almond every time.
