It's a done deal. I think oatmeal will be tasty, the flavoured ones like apple and honey, but you might prefer it plain.

I like cinnamon and nutmeg on my oatmeal. Or cinnamon and brown sugar.

When I was a kid I used to open those little microwavable oatmeal packets and eat them raw, and the best part was that solid lump of brown sugar. Better than real brown sugar as far as I'm concerned.
