I don't look like I play guitar. People just have this idea that a shredder needs to have long hair and tattoos. I have neither. Once after a gig at a bar, I was out getting some air, and some drunk guy came up to me and said "Dude... you don't look like you can play like that!" I just shrugged it off and said "Thanks", but I wanted to say "WHAT THE **** AM I SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE?!"

This happens a lot when I'm gigging. People kind of freak a bit when they see me get up from the bar then hop up on stage and tear into a solo.

Shhhh... don't tell anyone but it actually amuses me. I know, I'm terrible.
