Seriously, I'd be very careful. She's already shown she's into you (not just by having sex with you, but by trying to get in touch with you so much) and you clearly have no intention of going down that road again, so I would advise against keeping her as a friend. She's probably going to "settle for" that, just to be near you but you already know she thinks of you in a non-platonic way. Since you've not told your gf about this it will only take her (the T-girl) to have one row with you and she could be talking. Or she could --- not saying she would, but she could --- blackmail you. Plus it's not fair to her; then you're the one misleading.

Personally, I'd say cut all ties. Easiest way and then everyone can heal. The other way you're always going to have that thing between you (yeah yeah, I'm trying to be serious here guys!) and it will be bound to come up again (Oh sod it I give up!) and ruin whatever you try to build.

But hey, whatever. It's not my business what you do. Just be aware you can't always have what you want. What you see as "a friend" she may see totally differently.
