I guess I'll repost for anyone who missed it (I still get people asking). I'm Rissa.

There exists only one person I don't glare at for pronouncing it "Ree-sa". It's just Rissa. As in Marissa or Clarissa, though I'm neither of those.

A girl at work calls me Ritza for some reason. Another one calls me Rizza. I had a friend in high school that called me Riz (a la Grease). My dad calls me Riss. My significant other just calls me Dear.

I had a manager in one of my previous jobs that would go "WU TANG!" and throw up a white boy gang sign when he was joking with me. Funniest guy ever. He called me Rizza too. :laughing:
