It's spelled "S-i-o-b-h-a-n" but it's pronounced "Throat Warbler Mangrove"

Yeah, I think it is. The "mh" could sound like a "w" or a "v" Even lenition can change Maureen to sound like Waureen. The rules of Irish orthography is about as complicated as the US tax code. And you know what happens when you break them...

I just have to settle with the fact that loveissucide's name is unpronounceable.

It is pronounced Shiv-awn, leading to the popular Irish joke: Siobhan yer knickers, I think I hear yer da comin'!

And yes, Niamh is pronounced Neev. Don't try to work out how Irish works, even we don't! Look at this: Craobh Dearg is "krave dar-eg". Bloody Irish: I hated it in school! You had to ask questions IN Irish! Teacher would say "As gaeilge! As geailge!" ("aus gayl-ga") --- "In Irish! In Irish!" Jesus Christ woman! I don't know HOW to say it "as gaeilge" that's why I'm saying it "as bearla" (aus bare-la) --- in ENGLISH!!!!!
