Those would be two (though I certainly don't think of ESOTSM as a Jim Carrey project, it's a Charlie Kaufman/Michele Gondry project), but I was also thinking of Dumb and Dumber and Man in the Moon. Aside from those and some In Living Color sketches I find him pretty annoying.
