I hate that. Dont say that. Ive been told that for years and it does feck all for your self esteem. The last thing you need when people are insulting you left right and center, picking on your faults, is someone else telling you its pretty much your fault and youve got to toughen up.

that's a common misconception about theraphy, that only crazy people go...it's just talking about your problems with someone and paying for it...you can talk about your problems here for free...:)

My headteacher has just left my old school, and the new one theyve employed has a 'different' view on bullying... His policy is to change whatever the student is getting bullied for. Its sick, I dont see how he's been given the job... But anyway, that has nothing to do with this topic...

Insults become more personal when theyre older too, they just find your faults and shove them in your face. How can that not hurt?
