You'd be surprised how clean it can be up there after a good bowel movement. I think the only point would be for the prevention of STDs. You can take a damn shower for the rest if you're that squeamish.

I am guessing both. But in the heat of the moment, I doubt while they are kissing and taking each other's clothes off, the thought "I better go and wipe me arse first, I made an awful messy ****e this mornin"
