Instead of a seeing eye dog, how about a gun? It's cheaper than a dog, and if you walk around shooting all the time, people are going to get out of the way. Cars too!

Why do we use chairs? If not firewood has a sale in back yard? Bought somewhere ragdoll physics teacher spinning lies, why? Because we will never know whether or not it isn't true, that is why we need more thought buckets in our kitchen painter tea house.

I'm confused as to who these people are now.
("...good question that..." replied the goblin, adding "...so tell me then, what reply would clinch it for you as to who I am, where you and I are not actually here at all, ah no, only these representations of ourselves are here in our place, simply we create a persona of ourselves by what we post but that doesn't make it any more real than reading a book would make the story in that book real either...", so this then was the virtual reality of one's internet, yet writers knew it by another name as they preferred to call it fiction, adding "...me, I'm what you read into that which I have written, just that which you read of me now, in other words I'm a persona here, so what are you then if not a persona too...")

"Could we not sit on tables and grow the mind's eye to see beyond the box?" Lucky laughs at how wonderful this idea seems. "Ah, yes to get out of the box and into the free world. Like Young Americans." She shuffles her feet and hop skips to the tune she hears. "If only you'd dance to the tunes that are around all of us. Connecting, sharing, making us one."

"Just to answer your question, for you might have not noticed the references to songs." Lucky smiles and sips her juice. "Music was my first love and it will be my last." And she dances away, only to come back and invite the one who wasn't sure to join her.

("...I do indeed human..." replied the goblin appreciating everyone's kindness towards him to date, adding "...where as soon as I have done sixteen posts upon your forum I will link the music that pleases me, promise...", by which point the goblin had to come clean by explaining a bit about himself now, saying "...luckyme gave me the link to here, so here I am now, where normally I'm more on those writer's forums amongst the writertypes there, actually rumour has it that they all started off as humans once, yet much like that gollum in the hobbit story, temptation lurked, they started hearing voices from within and slowly their pens just got the better of their reason, yes, some piteous creatures emerged, doomed to write for the rest of their days then, but I guess you knew that already...")

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself. Mankind. Basically, it's made up of two separate words: "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

If you ever fall off the Sears Tower, just go real limp, because maybe you'll look like a dummy and people will try to catch you because, hey, free dummy.

There are many stages to a man's life. In the first stage, he is young and eager, like a beaver. In the second stage, he wants to build things, like dams, and maybe chew down some trees. In the third stage, he feels trapped, and then "skinned." I'm not sure what the fourth stage is.

Well done, sir!

a repost from another place where humans dwell and writers try ...

Quote:
"I wonder what is going on here..." xxxx thought to himself. He really had no clue, but narrating his own life seemed like the thing to do at the moment, so he decided to give it a shot.
"Doesn't every life has it's hidden treasures?" Lucky smiles seeing a writer trying out a new way. "Aren't all human lives stories untold? Why not pretend to be that avatar and let it be her life you narrate. Can she be the interesting one? Isn't that why she's chosen?" Lucky rises to prepare herself a very late breakfast, shaking her head and smiling decidedly happy. Even doing a small hop skip to that music which always plays in her mind. "Yes, very satisfying and not odd at all. While dialogue is a part of life and narration not, should this then not be livewriting?" Returning with a fresh espresso Lucky sits and sips the hot drink. "Any tense will do, but we live in the here and now, while the past must never be forgotten and is intertwined with the present as is the future. For who knows what tomorrow will bring, so let's dance the dance of life and sing the song that keeps us going."

Yeah, I'm gonna guess that Fleabag and the other one are sockpuppets.
