I am in school and we have to wear *** blazers so I have my pockets filled with make-up, my biology coursework, money, about a million lip-glosses, combs, my iPod, 'girls things', a mirror and Rolos.

Screwed up bus ticket, and my 'Camden Leisure Pirate' badge.

My glasses, a quarter, a pen and, a bottle cap.

And make up doesn't make you cool. Think off make up as a beauty enhancement and you'll go far. :)

wear dark eyeliner and mascara and some blue thing for the eyes

As long as it goes with your skin tone, it doesn't matter so much what colours you have in your hair. If you start trying to add colours to your hair you might just cause a mess. Plus, there'll still be blue in your hair which the red in your lipstick and hair-streaks will have to match.

EDIT: Dark eyeliner and mascara is usually good (they don't do light eyeliner and mascara anyway, do they?). If your skin is lighter then funky blue, green or whatever eyeshadow might work, but if your skin is darker then it'll make you look a bit mental (in which case use a dark brown one if you can).

And I must admit it, I think it is quite possible that I had a little too much to drink. I can feel my blood pressure slowing down, and i can feel my heart, but it isn't racing. And now I just feel so lethargic at the moment. But at the same time my hands are shaking with nervous pent up energy and frustration.
