But in answer to your question, yes and no. It's my first time having this kind of third-party drug test, but I've peed in a cup at the doctor's office before, as well as when I was a USDA test subject back in college. Quote:

I have never really been to a hospital as a patient but i can't imagine ever being okay with a blood test. Call me a pussy I just don't like needles, or blood.

Demodex skin mites live on sebum (facial oil). Most adults have one or two per square centimeter of facial skin. They live in your facial pores and hair follicles around your eyebrows and eye lashes. They crawl around your face at night to mate then return to your pores to lay their eggs and die. They have no anus so release all their faeces at once in your pores after death.
