Smartphone Apps
What are your favorite applications on your phone? Suggest good ones for those who would want more that are decent.
I have been playing Pool Master Pro lately, it's really good and you can play the computer with whatever difficulty. Lots of different ways to play and it's seriously addictive.

The most useful app I have on my phone defiantly has to be "Shazam"
Its an app that listens to a song and then tells you what the song is. So next time you listen to you a song and can't remember the name, Shazam will find it. It actually comes more in handy than you'd think.

My favourite at the moment is Poweramp. It beats the crap out of Android's bundled music player. You have to pay for it (only €1.99 here, not sure about everywhere else) but it's worth it.
Dropbox for Android is a nice little app too. You can take photos with your phone and have them synced automatically with your Dropbox account. Also the usual culprits like Facebook and Shazam.

I've just seen one called HailO, which apparently allows you to call a taxi and pay for it via your iphone or Android smartphone. Not available for my Blackberry yet, but due to launch soon, hopefully very soon. Looks really useful. And free.

The Weather Channel app, The Score! (check my fav teams scores), Tether (for using my BB as a modem), and Chess. Chess came in handy for when I sat waiting for my GF in the Chemo centers.

He also has one that tells you what constellations you`re looking at. You point it at one bit of the sky, and there in the cell-phone is a diagram of the stars you`re looking at, with all their names; swivel round and point it at a different bit of the sky, and image changes accordingly. To me it`s like magic; how does the cell-phone know which bit of the sky you are pointing it at ??
