those food pyramids all lie! it's just another for the man to keep us in check!
vegetables are at the top and sugar and milk are the healthiest foods there are and sweet fruits are right above them(they can not live up to sugar and milk), i hear america is rebelling against your food pyramid....yes.......you can not have too much sugar!!

Oranges are the best coz they taste better.. But apples are fun coz you get your nail and make two circles for eyes and then take a bite but dont pull it off and then it looks like a grumpy apple and you can make it talk....
