Well, in this case the victim actually was kind of innocent (except for the unrelated DUI). He had cut those guys off or something and they followed him for several miles throwing stuff at his car. They were definitely the instigators. Not to mention they repeatedly kicked him in the fucking head, which is completely psycho.

True, but it looked like he was instigating the fight. I saw him raise his fists first, you never take on 3 guys alone. Did he not have a cell phone?

So yeah innocent, but it was a boneheaded move trying to fight them.
