First "Dude, what?" : he's responding to my asking if the status update from Jamie Lang was the same as one posted previously about some guy accusing people of robbing him, and saying no, that was JAMES Lang.

Second "Dude, what?" : Numpties (singular, numpty) = pointless idiot, or thereabouts. What you'd call *******s I guess...
