Can anybody help me?

I was walking around in Covent Garden and I saw this Chinese guy called Chang Gui Duo (?) playing this really interesting instrument. I remember seeing that it only had one string. Can anyone tell me where I can buy his CDs, because I missed the chance the other day. Cheers!

Considering that you haven't told us what city or even what country this was in, I'm guessing you're not going to get much of an answer with regards to a street musician whose name you aren't even sure of. The only piece of information I can give you based on the information you provided is that the "interesting instrument" you described is probably an erhu:

I saw him in London, in the UK. I'm pretty sure it wasn't an ErHu, since I've seen it before. I believe it's called a Du Xian Qin or something, since the guy had a sign saying his name, what instrument he plays. Searched him up on Google:

but I'll try now and if it gets bounced, then there you go. His instrument is not the erhu -
tho that's what I thought too at first. It's actually very easy to find his music online.
Oh! and yes, it's a duxianqin.

Why would a link to a musician's website get "bounced"?

How many Covent Gardens are there in the world?

No idea. I didn't even know there was one in London until a couple hours ago.

This week in lessons from the internet: things that are well-known locally may not be well-known internationally.

I really like Chang Gui Duo's music. It's very relaxing, isn't it. What do you guys think?

Maybe you should get on the phone to them and tell them they're not doing a very good job at being a world famous London tourist attraction
