I'd also like to suggest something along the lines of "Most Missed Member". You guys have noted a few posters who you say you wish would post again, and seem to be fondly remembered. Might be an idea...?

I have no idea what some members look like, I judge everyone by avatars so usually get ethnicity, age and gender waaay off.
And then there are other members that I see more than I do myself.
