cankers are annoying bumps on the gums of your mouth that make you flinch when food touches them. putting your dirty hands in your mouth results into cankers. so its safe to say that all of you went through cankers when you were kids. if you're still getting them, GROW UP!!!

Those little things that you get inside your cheek, on your gum, inside your lip, etc. And even though they hurt like a bitch, you can't stop touching it.
