When I was a little kid I was playing with toys with two of my other friends. We just had all the action figures out and were making them have a big war. One of my friends had a little alien guy whose catch phrase was "Blarg!" I thought this was absolutely hilarious, and made it my personal catch phrase. I guess it stayed with me, because as soon as I started using the internet (around 12 or so) I made that my username on everything. I eventually came up with a character to go with the name (who was an immortal alien clown of inconceivable powers, like some sort of Lovecraftian being).

I used to play the MMO City Of Heroes (soon to be taken offline ), and wanted to make Blarg. The name was taken, so I tried several variations. Everything taken. Out of frustration, I typed in "Blargenwargen." It worked, so I was stuck with that. I started using that instead of Blarg, it was longer and funnier and more memorable.

Then I come here. When I made my user name I was tired of Blargenwargen, but wanted to keep the "Blarg" theme. I thought about it, and decided to insert the first syllable of my last name (Rob) into my user name in some way. Thus, Blarobbarg was born. Er, typed.

If they turn out to be immortal alien clowns of inconceivable powers who end up eating the universe or something, I will be very, very unhappy. I would expect extradimensional beings to be better rappers.

Mine was a nickname from school, which I hated, so I thought there was a certain irony in using it on the forums. It has backfired because I do not like being called Big Ears on the forums either, but it is how I am known now.

Trollheart, in the OP, when you say 'my unfinished fantasy novel' did you mean you were reading or writing one?
