mental health thread

Today, there was a discussion at work during my lunch break with my work buddies, where everyone talked about which mood stabilizers and anti-depressants they were on. I just stayed really quiet, because even though they were talking about medication for psychiatric issues, I didn't want to sound like I was crazy. They all seem perfectly functional to me, but I'm off meds, and I don't want them to freak out and be like, "Oh, tread lightly around Sara; she's a potential serial killer or something..." behind my back.

I know that has to be irrational, but I didn't divulge even a hint of my own personal mental health history.
